TARIFFS

Sharing parents bedroom will be charged as follows:

Small children having breakfast and high tea by prior arrangement – £18 per day.

Older Children having breakfast and dinner – £25 per day.

Two children under 15 years old at time of stay, sharing a twin bedded room are charged at 75% of the adult rate for Dinner Bed & Breakfast.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of £40 per person is required to confirm all advanced bookings. Deposits by credit card can be accepted by letter or telephone, please state card number, expiry date, address and full name as shown on the card.

SERVICE

We do not include staff gratuities as we believe that you would prefer to deal with this personally or anything left with your bill payment at reception will be distributed among all staff, including those behind the scenes.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome at £5 daily excluding food.

We ask that they are not taken into Public rooms, that they are not allowed to foul the grounds and are kept on a lead, and do not remain in a bedroom unattended.

FACILITIES

All bedrooms have private bath and/or shower, toilet en-suite, colour TV, radio, dial direct telephone, hair dryer and beverage making facilities. Our larger superior sea facing room also has mini fridge, Queen sized bed, trouser press and heated towel rail.

CANCELLATIONS

Guests are respectfully reminded that they may be liable for up to two thirds of the value of any cancelled booking that we are unable to re-let.

We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance and we will send a holiday insurance proposal form with all confirmed bookings.
