May 1 : Padstow ‘Obby ‘Oss – Ancient spring festival in which the red and blue ‘Oss cavorts through the streets of the town.

May 8 : Helston Flora Day – World renowned spring festival with processional dancing through the streets, shops and gardens.

May 28 - June 6 : Fal River Festival – A fortnight-long programme of events, both on and off the water, to promote the history, heritage and culture of the River Fal.

June 10 – 12 : Royal Cornwall Show - at the County Show ground at Wadebridge. One of the South West’s premier county shows and a great day out for the family.

July 12 : Stithians Agricultural Show – A typical county fair with something to interest everyone.

July 28 : RNAS Culdrose Air Day – Spectacular aerial aerobatic displays at the UK’s main air and sea rescue station.

August 7 - 14 : Henri Lloyd Falmouth Week - has grown into the largest sailing regatta in the south west with more than 450 yachts racing over eight days, and a lively programme of shoreside events.


August 15 – 21 : Fowey Royal Regatta and Carnival Week – Internationally recognised sailing regatta complimented by lively on-shore entertainment combined with Falmouth Carnival week.


October 14 - 17 :Falmouth Oyster Festival - Timed to coincide with the start of the oyster harvesting season in October, the festival celebrates the quality of Cornish seafood and one of the last remaining oyster fisheries still dredging under sail and oar.
